How does it work?

Our leadership training and coaching services are offered through Evolved Employer which is our very own workplace consulting firm. We chose to do it this way because we feel that systemic change happens when companies understand their part of the bargain and invest in their talent, then firms are sharing the “leaning in” to contribute to the success of the individual, the team and even the organization.

Theglasshammer.com offers individual courses for professional development via coaching done by CEO Nicki Gilmour as well by as our selected partners. These career advancement courses are especially designed for women. All courses are vetted by theglasshammer and often exclusively offered via this site.

Six women per group.

The criteria for being considered for the 2014 cohort is that you have to be an ERG head/chair/committee member (women’s networks/LGBT networks/multicultural networks all considered)
