I didn’t realize I was a “millenial woman”, but stuck between Gen X and Y. I’m disappointed that the tonality of the article is layered with condescension. Not typed, but I felt like it just barely managed to leave out the phrase…”they’ll see…”

I am optimistic about my potential and the women around me.

Hi all, I’m a millennial women and I do feel that I can have it all. I agree technology plays a huge role in making this possible as well as several other factors. I also agree, I could really care less about being a CEO or whatever as long as I’m doing fulfilling work and have time for my family and friends.

Perhaps the numbers are still off, but it could just be that this generation of women are making a conscious choice that having a family and then being there for the family is very important.

We grew up with a lot of divorces happening and family life kind of going down the drain. I can’t speak for others, but for myself this had a huge impact on where my priorities are. Family, health,happiness, and community absolutely come before everything else.

I love it that young women feel so confident but it does worry me when the facts do not support them.
