Really interesting and insightful article. You captured the essence of cultural difference and provided a framework for thinking. 15 years ago a female mentor of mine who was a well known CIO gave me a book about this topic. As a young woman in a male dominated industry it was helpful as it provided a different lens to think about things - as does your article. In this age of social media, the networking best practices among professional becomes even more visible and transparent as it largely occurs online. Good stuff.
