If we each have a personal brand, then the clothing we wear is our &quot;packaging.&quot; The old axiom of dressing for the job you want, not the job you have, is especially true today. If you&#039;re serious about attaining a leadership position, convey confidence and competence by dressing in a professional manner at all times.</description>

I think it is often hard for women to be put into the leadership pipeline in male dominated fields unless they really insert themselves into situations with the company&#039;s decision makers or make their ambitions known and sometimes even doing those things is not enough.  

I cannot agree more with the 5 things women can do to help advance their careers especially staying positive.</description>
