It was gratifying and an honor to see the Financial Women's Association (FWA) selected as a top network for professional women in finance. Founded in 1956 and with 1,000 members strong the FWA certainly affords access to a tremendous network of talented women. In addition, the FWA is committed to the development of women leaders and serves its members through a wide variety educational programs. The FWA serves the community, too, through nationally acclaimed scholarship, mentoring, and training programs.
Interested non-members are invited to attend events -- not only to benefit from them but also to learn more about the benefits of membership.

Please note that the FWA is a tri-state organization headquartered in New York City. There is a limited mutual alliance with those organizations in Boston and Chicago, which we did originally establish some years ago. The San Francisco organization is separate and not affiliated. We also established the FWA of Quebec, which is now a separate organization, the Association des Femmes en finance du Quebec.

Thank you for recognizing our organization and I invite interested women to visit www.fwa.org to learn more. FWA President, Stephanie Hauge

There is also the fantastic online site of www.professionelle.co.nz for professional women of all trades. It is an extremely informative and supportive site for corporate women. It's membership ranges from those just starting out in their careers to those way up the corporate ladder and those who run their own multi million companies.
