As this article shows, male CFOs take the &quot;go BIG or go home&quot; approach, where female CFOs tend to take a more cautious outlook and &quot;sweat the small stuff.&quot; But, the question remains: is this a case of nature versus nurture?  In other words, do both genders inherently know that details matter and is it the culture that shapes our differing approaches?</description>
