This new WSTA seminar is designed to address ways to optimize operational spending by running IT as a business and exploiting current technological frameworks. Â Process Maturity as a discipline leads to frameworks like ITIL and goal-driven capability levels like CMMi. Managed Services leveraging outsourcing allows rapid re-engineering of selected data center operations. Consolidation, clustering, virtualization and hosting of server and storage need engineering excellence. Well-designed Business Continuity Planning (BCP) is a core requirement for Wall Street companies. How do Wall Street executives manage these demands and what are the corresponding best-of-breed operational solutions offered by vendors are the key focus areas of this seminar.
