Join YourOnRamp and Kellogg School of Management as we host up to 300 professionals who are looking for companies and products to help them navigate their professional and family life. The goal of the event is to help promote and open dialog about flexibility in the workplace for the many professional mothers and fathers who struggle with work life balance and the employers competing for talent in today’s increasingly demanding work environment.

Moderated by Matthew Temple, Director of Kellogg School of Management, our panel discussion features experts in the latest real world applications of workplace flexibility.
