We are always being bombarded by electronic messages. Waiting for a bus - now messages flash at the bus stop, waiting for an elevator - now there are screens in and outside the elevator. Getting away from all of the messages and distractions is one of the best things we can all do for ourselves. Carving out a little quiet time to enjoy some of life's pleasures and to think about what we really want out of life increases our well being.
