Would appreciate response for Wanda Wallace


What have you been able to do to inform  women regarding their options?!?!?  Since there are so many woman who do not even have an idea what to do (or even that there is something they can do, if they make that decision to do something about their situation.)

There are so many capable women who are great managers, but don&#039;t even know it (or even the fact they are already managing); and are NOT getting the compensation for what they are doing.

I expect you have had the opportunities to understand what women can do, and how they can do it. Since there are so many women who have NOT had that opportunity. I understand you &#039;reach&#039; into the workplace to instruct; do you have an outreach program....for women who might not have the opportunities you have had.
